Solar LED Street LIGHt
Solar LED Street Light works with solar energy. It consists of solar panel, controller, rechargeable battery, LED lighting fixture and pole. The controller converts solar energy into electrical energy with the photovoltaic effect and stores the energy in the battery. At night, the battery converts chemical energy into electrical energy to light the roads.
Our Solar LED Street Lights have integrated die-cast modeling, dust-free design, high efficiency and good stability. Its main body is made of aluminum alloy, which has good thermal and heat dissipation performance. System components can be customized according to your customer requirements.
The solar panels we use are designed to serve at least 25 years with high performance. In panel design, aesthetics is at the forefront as well as functional features.
With its robust frame design, high resistance is provided against wind and snow loads. With the thick anodized layer of the panel frames, the frames continue to function without corrosion even in the most difficult outdoor conditions.
The panel size is designed with optimum spacing between the cells and the frame. These optimum gap dimensions allow the panel to receive maximum light and generate more power under outdoor conditions.
In the solar panels we use, thick-section current-carrying conductor wires are used to minimize transmission losses. These conductive wires are placed on the panel in a visible way and are not covered in any way. There is a clearly visible distance between the current-carrying wires and the panel frame. Thanks to this distance and the current carrier wires that are not covered, there is never a production-related isolation problem in solar panels.
All critical processes that require high precision in the production line of the products we use are carried out with robotic systems. Making all these critical processes untouched by hand ensures that solar panels are superior in terms of efficiency, longevity and durability.
